Snow Removed provides residential snow clearing, snowblowing, driveway management, and ice control services across selected areas in the South Shore, Massachusetts. Specific service parameters, triggers, and schedules are determined by the individual service agreement or seasonal plan selected.

2. Communications & Mobile Messaging (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

By providing your phone number through our website forms, request buttons, or service sign-ups, you may opt-in to receive automated operational updates, storm notifications, service schedule confirmations, and customer support text messages (SMS) from Snow Removed.

  • Consent: SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any services or requesting an estimate.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on weather events and service activity.
  • Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

  • Privacy Protection: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that driveways and service areas are free from hidden hazards, vehicles, toys, extension cords, or structural obstructions prior to a snow event. Snow Removed is not liable for damage to items left within the designated clearing zones.

4. Limitation of Liability

Snow Removed exercises maximum care during operations using modern, surface-friendly snow clearing equipment. However, Snow Removed is not responsible for pre-existing pavement degradation, unsealed gravel displacement, or extreme weather delays beyond reasonable operational control.
